Return & Exchange Policy

Original Art and Giclee's

We happily replace or exchange original art and Giclee's if the piece is defective, or damaged in shipping.  Due to the subjective nature of original art, we do not provide refunds.  Many times there may not be an exact replacement for a piece of art.  In this case - you will be given credit to use within a year of the return date.  You can give the credit to someone else if you wish.  We will go out of our way to help you find a piece of original Fake art that you love.

If you would like a replacement or exchange, we ask you to:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at art@PhilFake.com
Ship the art back within 21 days of delivery, please use original packaging if available, and tracking.

If the art is defective or damaged we will cover the shipping costs.

 

Prints and all other Art Gift Items

We happily exchange Prints and all other Gift Items on this site. We do not provide refunds.  You will be given credit to use within a year of the return date.  You can give the credit to someone else if you wish.

If you would like an exchange, we ask you to:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at art@PhilFake.com
Ship the Print or Gift Item back to us within 14 days of delivery, please use original packaging if available, and tracking.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item for exchange.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If the art is defective or damaged we will cover the shipping costs.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged.  I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Sale Items
Gift Cards


Cancellations
Request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase

 

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
