Return & Exchange Policy

Original Art, paintings and handmade miniatures - Please inspect your original art on arrival.

If you Change Your Mind after receiving your Original Art:

We understand that things may change from the time of placing an order to the time of receiving the piece of art.

To initiate a refund Contact Us  within 7 days of the date of purchase at art@PhilFake.com
Ship the art back within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please use original packaging, and tracking.

If you do not use tracking and the art is lost or damaged, we will not be held liable, you will be responsible for the cost of the art plus shipping costs.

We also offer credit or exchange. We will make an exchange if you feel another piece of art may be more appropriate for your needs, or give you credit in the amount of your original purchase minus shipping costs, valid one year from the return shipping date.

If you do not use tracking and the art is lost or damaged, we will not be held liable, you will be responsible for the cost of the art plus shipping costs.

 

If Your Original Art was Damaged During Shipping:

If your Original Art was damaged during shipping this would make us very sad. We will do our very best to find a similar piece of art that you love as much. Please understand that original art is one-of-a-kind and there may not be an exact replacement.  If the original can be repaired we will work with you to make that happen. If it cannot be repaired, or you no longer wish to work with that piece, you will be given credit in the amount of your original purchase, to use within three years of the return date. We will work with you during this time to find a piece of original Fake art that you love.

If your original art was damaged during shipping:

Please take pictures of the damage.

Contact Us within 7 days of the date of purchase, include the photos and any information relevant to the delivery, so we can initiate a damage claim.

Ship the art back within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please use original packaging if available, and tracking. We will cover the return shipping costs plus the cost of shipping your new art piece.

If you change your mind:

We happily exchange all items on this site. You will be given credit to use within one year of the return date.

If you would like an exchange, we ask you to:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item for exchange, in addition to shipping costs for the new item.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

If Your Item was Damaged During Shipping:

If your item was damaged during shipping we will send you a replacement. Please understand that the art gift and merchandise items are often made in small quantities and there may not be an exact replacement for the original piece.  If there is not another of the same item, you will be given credit in the amount of your original purchase, to use within one year of the return date. We will go out of our way to help you find Fake Art Merch that you love.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Sale Items
Gift Cards


Cancellations
Order Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of purchase.
