Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things change between the time you order art and when you receive it. If you feel another piece of art may be more appropriate for your needs we will issue you a credit in the amount of your original purchase minus shipping costs, valid for one year from the return shipping date.

To initiate a credit Contact Us  within 7 days of the date of purchase at art@PhilFake.com. Ship the art back within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please use insurance, tracking, and original packaging. If you do not use tracking and insurance, and the item is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of the art plus shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item for credit, in addition to shipping costs for the new item.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value. If you do not use tracking and insurance, and the item is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of the art plus shipping costs.

If your Original Art arrives damaged from shipping we will do our very best to find a similar piece of art that you love as much. Remember that original art is one-of-a-kind and there may not be an exact replacement. If the original art can be repaired we will work with you to make that happen. If it cannot be repaired you will receive credit in the amount of your original purchase, to use within two years of the return date. We will work with you during this time to find a piece of original Fake art that you love.

If your Art Merch arrives damaged from shipping we will send you a replacement. The art gifts and merchandise items are often made in small quantities and there may not be an exact replacement for the original piece.  If there is not another of the same item, you will be given credit in the amount of your original purchase to use within one year of the return date. We will go out of our way to help you find Fake Art Merch that you love.

For items damaged during shipping please take a photo of the damage. Contact Us within 7 days of the date of purchase. Include the photos and any information relevant to the delivery, so we can initiate a damage claim. Ship the art back within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please use insurance, tracking, and original packaging. We will cover the return shipping costs plus the cost of shipping your new item.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Sale Items
Gift Cards


Cancellations
Order Cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of purchase. If you request a cancellation after 4 hours, you will be issued a credit for the amount of purchase.
