I stood on the end of our home dock across the Willamette River, to paint this one plein-air.
The pier was covered by a shady roof, and the view was perfect.
You can tell that it was the vivid green light behind these cottonwoods that attracted me to do this painting.
It took about a month to complete.

Marine Park is an original oil painting, on canvas board, with a simple artist made wood frame.
