This winter scene is my first work from my houseboat studio. I painted it on rainy days as I looked out at the view from my houseboat cabin window and sipped my coffee. Jack, the Harbormaster, and Dog pass by as they make their daily rounds.
Much of this painting is about the effect of rain on the water.
